Leadership Summit Logo

Over the course of two months, the Leadership Summit logo was conceptualized and created for the internal summit held at YES Prep's home office. The Leadership Summit is a week long, role specific event in which school directors and other leadership roles from all seventeen campuses attend. We chose a geometric interpretation of the sun to represent joy, inspiration, and celebration of the mission and vision of YES Prep. The multi-colored geometric sun symbolizes the mission alignment across all leaders and collaboration in achieving positive student results. The single color design houses the individual leadership teams i.e school directors, deans of students and others. Logo was used in electronic and print formats through out the duration of the summit for the 18-19 and 19-20 school year.
